Shipping for Prints
Your print will be shipped directly to you from the photography lab and packaged in a box (not rolled up) placed inside protective cardboard.
For photographic prints on paper, the lab turn-around time is 2-3 business days (not including holidays).
For Canvas Gallery Wraps, the lab turn-around time is 5-7 business days (not including holidays).
For Metal Prints, the lab turn-around time is up to 5-7 business days (not including holidays).
For Metal Prints, the lab turn-around time is up to 5-7 business days (not including holidays).

As someone who works on the ocean, there are times when I am out of the internet. I will do my best to process and ship any orders ASAP once I

If you come across an image on my social media pages that isn't available in my shop, please don't hesitate to reach out to me about the image you're interested in. I'm more than happy to accommodate your request, but I want to ensure the quality of the print meets my standards. To do so, I'll need to run a test print, which typically takes about two weeks, depending on my location at the time. Your patience and understanding in this process are greatly appreciated as I work to bring you the best possible print of the image you desire.

This price list offers a range of options to meet your digital image needs. The Low-Res 1Mpix option, priced at $6.56, is perfect for online usage and blogs, providing a cost-effective solution for web content. For those who require higher quality, the Hi-Res 4Mpix option at $13.85 is ideal for online use and can be printed up to 8x10 inches, ensuring sharp and clear results. If you demand the highest quality and full-sized images, the original option at $35.73 provides you with every pixel in the file, allowing for versatile and uncompromised usage.
Exchanges for Images
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I take great care in mailing your prints, but if, for some reason, they are damaged, please contact me immediately. Returns for any other reason will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please remember that images and coloring might appear slightly different on your computer monitor than the actual print that you get. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact me if you have any issues.
Print size Information
Prints come in 3 different ratios 8”x12”, 8”x10, and 10’x20”. I pick to ratios that is best for the image.
Should you need larger prints, please don't hesitate to reach out. I can customize the size to suit your specific printing preferences. Your vision matters, and I'm here to ensure your images are precisely tailored to your requirements, accommodating larger sizes as needed.
The 8x12 come in 8”x12”, 16”x24”, and 30x40”.
The 8”x10 come in 8”x10, 16”x20”, 24”x30”, and 30x40”.
The 10”x20” come in 10”x20”, 12”x24”, and 15”x30”.
If you're seeking a larger size, get in touch with me; The maximum size I can achieve depends on the original image file's megapixel count, which varies across the DSLR cameras that I have shot with.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives with visible external shipping damage, it's crucial to act swiftly. Please get in touch with us immediately to initiate the replacement order process. When reaching out, make sure to provide details about the damaged products and accompany this with clear pictures of the damaged items, the cardboard backing sheets found within the box, as well as the external packaging. To ensure a seamless resolution, kindly notify us of any shipping damage within 7 days of receiving your package. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you promptly.
